We provide full-service vacation rental support including housekeeping coordination, owner reporting, listing optimization, and vendor oversight across markets such as Charleston, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and Mount Pleasant.

Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid service fees may be refunded on a prorated basis (excluding setup fees or fulfilled vendor charges).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
• Payments are late or withheld
• Abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs
• You violate these Terms or any binding contract
6. User-Submitted Content

Clients may submit reviews, testimonials, or feedback. All submissions are subject to moderation and approval. We reserve the right to edit or decline content that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates legal guidelines.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us in the previous 60 days.
